I started the idea of Thrive where I help companies unlock their full marketing potential through data-driven strategies, growth optimization, and hands-on consulting. After more than a decade in digital marketing and leadership roles, I bring a unique perspective on scaling businesses across different industries, company sizes, and growth stages.
Previously, I held key marketing positions at Babbel, Delivery Hero, and Toptarif (later acquired by Verivox), managing international teams and campaigns across multiple global markets with multi-million dollar budgets. These experiences gave me deep insight into diverse company structures—from fast-growing startups to established global players—and the ability to tailor strategies to varied audiences and cultural contexts.
I specialize in performance marketing, growth strategy, and team leadership, combining analytical rigor with creative problem-solving.
